Phoenix-Tucson Orchestra Academy (PTOA) has been founded by Maestro Fangfang Li, the world-renowned conductor with over 30 years experience at conservatories of music and professional symphony orchestras, and professor Rainbow Xu, the distinguished flutist and executive director of Beijing Wind Orchestra.

PTOA offers various chamber ensembles courses of strings, woodwinds and brass, as well as private lessons of cello and flute. Since its inception, PTOA has formed a string chamber orchestra by brilliant young musicians, and performed successfully in the Tucson community.

Now PTOA wholeheartedly welcomes you to join and humbly offers you opportunities to learn the art of chamber music, feel the pleasure of music!
