Phoenix-Tucson Orchestra Academy (PTOA) has been founded by Maestro Fangfang Li, the world-renowned conductor with over 30 years experience at conservatories of music and professional symphony orchestras, and professor Rainbow Xu, the distinguished flutist and executive director of Beijing Wind Orchestra.PTOA offers various chamber ensembles courses of strings, wood winds and brass, as well as private lessons of cello and flute.
